My passion in this sector is centred on developing better spaces for the end-user. Spaces that are innovative, collaborative, and people-centric. Creative in spirit, I’m particularly interested in advocating for more enduring interior architecture, that aim to extend the life cycle of projects through greater flexibility and adaptability, to achieve more environmentally sustainable outcomes.An accomplished interior architect with over 20 years of industry experience in the design and delivery of workplace, industrial, and hospitality projects, I have acquired extensive knowledge of planning, strategy, construction, documentation, and project coordination. My focus is to deliver projects of the highest standard of finish and aesthetic. As Studio Director at arnoldlane my role encompassed accommodation strategy, design development, client management, and project delivery to achieve successful project outcomes for clients. I have developed an ability to oversee a number of projects at any one time, lead a team, and lead clients through workplace projects via a hands-on collaborative approach. I possess particular expertise in aligning design outcomes with a client’s strategy. My involvement in projects has included design proposals, strategic planning, space planning, budgeting and scoping, concept design and implementation, resource planning, briefing, detail documentation, and scheduling. With a logical and creative, solutions-based approach to design supported by detailed technical knowledge, I have fostered the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders from the corporate level to construction teams.
