I’m a Albany Law School graduate with a Master of Studies in Law concentrating on the legal frameworks of Data Privacy & Cybersecurity. My education, professional background in human resources, and a desire to utilize my experiences, cultivate my knowledge to sustain a positive workplace culture.My proficiency in human resources for the government laid the groundwork for my transition into data administration, which accentuate my HR pedigree. I implemented risk management procedures to mitigate internal data breaches, which led to measurable efficacy and eliminated unauthorized use of government systems. My studies included the legal requirements of electronic commerce, global supply chain threats, the technical impacts of global cybercrime, and the protection of privacy in commercial organizations. I am a skilled communicator and leader. In my current role, I design reports and conduct presentations for senior leaders regarding a variety of HR and data privacy-related initiatives. I work with special staff teams to jointly review actions requiring legal sufficiency. In each role I have held, I train, mentor, and guide our workforce, focusing on professional development and career advancement.
