Currently working as a Product Owner for an API team and an application team. I have successfully implemented NCPDP PA transactions with 2 ePA vendors. I have also implemented an auto review process allowing prescribers real time outcomes to UM decisions. I continue to enhance NCPDP functionality to make use of additional reason codes and automation.I also helped create and currently own an API which is able to pull member level benefit information to support the auto review process. In the application side I am working on automation initiatives which will support a full no touch process for pharmacy prior authorizations.In the past I have helped create several workflow tools from the business perspective. I am a super SME who is an active in the majority of the projects effecting my department. I offer system information, coordinate releases, write requirements and actively troubleshoot issues from IT, business or testers. I have a passion for what I do and drive necessary results in day to day operations as well as for escalated issues. I have a passion for learning new things and have recently attended University of MN full-stack web development bootcamp.
