Provided consultative services to a 120 bed geriatric, sub acute rehab, long term care inpatient facility while overseeing a staff of four with leadership initiatives based in: • Staff development and oversight • Facilitation of hiring and retention efforts • Departmental organization and training focused on facility wide cultural sensitivity, elder abuse in servicing, work related burnout, facility wide advanced directive in servicing and training • Care planning • Policy development and implementation
