-Follow up new launch projects for VW, NISSAN, FORD and AUDI.-Master Schedule Development according each customer specification-Developed group and individual timelines, assessed/identified potential bottlenecks in each project/program process.-Assisted the engineers in documenting the project designs, Mfg, Eng., and making changes as per needs.-Ensured that all programs were executed within established time period and complied with the defined standards.-Developed and initiated internal processes to improve program delivery within specific timeframes.

-Supervision of a group of 4 staff’s &WH.-Master Schedule Development.-Eng. Change and new Project supervision for Electronics Business Unit.-Report, monitoring and accomplishment of the main deliverables of new projects (QCD) such as Key Performance indicators of NPL department.-OTD (On Time Delivery), Task and deliverables performance, Cost affectation, Obsolescence’s. Customer service, Accomplishment of detailed project plans, P/L and Project status matrix.

- Responsible for obtaining event date + product information from customers related to new products and changes to current projects.- Work with customers to coordinate delivery plan and development of new products.​- Notify other departments the Plan of development of new products.- Monitor shipment of samples to customer.-Complete each program as well as the solution of the adverse situations that arise during the development.-Ensure compliance with ANPQP.-Ensure completion of special requirements made by customer.-Ensure the supply of parts for each event in the development of new products.
