CurrentJacobs Senior Project Manager for LTE upgrades, Ethernet Upgrades, Carrier Add / Cabinet Add Projects, New site builds, Colocations, Lease Extensions, Expired Lease Negotiations, Tech Team Visits, Scoping, Relocation Sites, Sector Splits, and various special projects, for AT&T South East PA Region-Reporting to client in deployment meetings and status meetings daily-Working closely with RF Engineers to produce the best overall product for the client -Leading the process on the Site Acquisition side for Vendors selection and approvals-Spearheading the coordination of the deliverables and Municipal approvals within PA, NJ, DE-Challenging existing team members and developing new members on the site acquisition team-Scoping sites with clients and field construction managers to maximize cost effective solutions to maintain or be below projected budgets- Coordinating the process of applications to major tower companies, including AT&T Towers, Verizon, T-Mobile Towers, Tower Co., ATC, SBA, Crown, etc. and manage the process to achieve a signed Amendment and a NTP to start construction-Synchronizing with other TURF vendors on multifaceted projects-Acquire new vendors for projects as needed and coordinate the reviewing and approving of purchase order requests, all the way to invoice approval -Tracking and scheduling the individual milestone events to reach the clients plan
