The current Application portfolio includes SAP, SAP BPC, Power BI, RimDrill, SkillsVX, Kahuna, Change Gear, as well as 3 in house applications developed by my team. Since taking over in 2019 I have reduced the annual budget by ~300K+ and dramatically increased consumption of reports by the end users. This was accomplished by consolidating all reporting from SQL reports and SAP BOBJ to Power BI, as well as holding workshops globally to gather requirements for new reports that really help Pacific Drilling run more efficiently and make peoples jobs easier. I lead the migration of Pacific Drillings Supply chain and maintenance Data to Noble drillings SAP environment following the acquisition.

I was responsible for managing SAP PM, QM, and PP. This entailed working to identify inefficiencies and issues in the current QM, PM and production processes, then develop and deliver a solution to streamline the identified pain points. I was also responsible for maintaining the project budgets for applications projects.I led project teams for PM and PP projects. I lead a project that successfully implemented a PLC/SCADA system utilizing Win-cc with a data bridge to SAP for plant maintenance and production at multiple plant locations around the united states.Starting January 2017 I led an initiative to implement fiori mobile applications for plant maintenance, production, and materials management (Primarily for Spare Parts inventory Mgmt.) I also developed RICEF-W’s for a Mobile application utilizing geo-fencing and other IOT products to increase efficiency and transparency for Plant maintenance.

Schaeffler Group (F.A.G., LUK, INA) – SAP PM, QM, Tool Management Project Lead (9 months) As the Process Lead for Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, and Tool Management, I spearheaded the global SAP rollout, adapting and applying the global template from the HUB in Germany. My leadership was instrumental in coordinating teams to gather local business requirements, develop as-is process flows, and conduct blueprint workshops to align global templates with plant-specific processes.Cameron & One Subsea – Functional Consultant SAP Project Systems/MM/PM (8 months) As a Functional Consultant, I played a key role in the integration of Project Systems with PTP and RTC Processes, implementing a complex project systems solution for revenue recognition. I configured and tested solutions for Valuated and Sales Order Project Stock, including cross-company transactions. My leadership in workshops and prototype walkthroughs was pivotal in the project's success.Avnet – Functional SAP Procure to Pay Consultant (4 months) In this role, I was responsible for Vendor Master, Pricing, and ARIS maintenance during the Blueprint phase. I collaborated with key business users to refine the vendor master process and addressed complex pricing procedures from the legacy system for SAP ECC, ensuring seamless integration with external Master Data Management software.Broadcom – Functional SAP MM/PM Consultant (2 months) During the Build Phase, I managed Materials Management and Production related configuration for nine new plants, focusing on Stock Transport Order configuration with complex integration across APO and EWM. I led workshops to define the plant maintenance structure globally, showcasing my ability to manage significant project components under tight deadlines.
