• Drive sales numbers for OCBC Bank in terms of sales of insurance products from OCBC’s insurance arm, Great Eastern (GE) and Overseas Assurance Corporation (OAC).
• Worked hand in hand with team managers, Head of FPS and Bancassurance Dept to develop and manage sales numbers through various forms of activities like tele-consulting, road shows and assigned duties at hospital kiosks.
• Mentored and coached insurance specialists on appointments.
