• Site Survey, Location Engineering, Installation, and Maintenance of WirelessInternet solutions using HP gigabit switching, Nomadix and HP-MSM networkcontrollers, Ruckus and Cisco-Meraki WiFi AP’s and Controllers.
• Full Engineering of Mitel SX-200, MiVO 400, and MiVB (3300) phone systemsfor Hospitality environments, including installation, configuration, wiring, andmaintaining.
• Engineering of S2 access control systems. Installation of REX’s, Strikers, Cardreaders, DPS’s, and Handicap Door opener switches.
• Installation of CCTV systems including BNC and IP based DVR/NVR’s
• Troubleshoot hardware and software configurations to isolate and determinesolutions to trouble calls regarding above systems and more.

• Diagnoses and resolves technical calls associated with IP based services with firstcall resolution. Ensures all work orders are keyed into ticketing system, scheduledaccordingly, and ensures accuracy.
• Refers issues that require truck rolls to the appropriate dispatch coordinator.
• Escalates to either the local CBS system, NOC or SOC in a timely manner. Keepssupervisor up to date on major issues as they occur.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software configurations to isolate and determinesolutions in accordance with AUP standards.
• Troubleshoots web hosting issues and escalates appropriately
• Acts as point of contact for the NOC in relation to escalations on T1/Fiber issues,updating customer tickets pertaining to DNS email or routing. Acts as a liaisonfrom the local markets to the NOC on escalated issues.
