Currently Infrastructure Lead Managing the operations of a technically challenging tower and complex environment. Covering:Mainframe, Tooling, Middleware, database, Datacentre and 24/7 Operation support functions (UK and Offshore). My career and success stem from being an experienced Computer Operations IT analyst and currently technical owner/ administrator of the enterprise application (IBM Workload scheduler) for WIPRO (NOV-2020), I have come to possess a broad knowledge of the Computer Operations environment. This has enabled me to communicate effectively and confidently with people at all levels of the business. Consistency and thoroughness have characterised my work to date and have allowed me both to conduct and direct investigation into IT infrastructure and service issues effectively. My work history has been heavily influenced by the importance of customer service and I have consequently developed into an approachable, flexible individual who thrives both in teams and when working alone, with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly as my work environment requires.
