Increased membership by 5½ % over three years by designing a player retention program and outreach to previously unaffiliated organizations. Added new systems to improve the scheduling and score-entry for the more than 4,000 games played by the 500-plus teams each year in MAYSA.Increased participation in tournaments at Reddan Soccer Park by 22% and revenue from concessions, parking and t-shirt sales by 12%. Improved the maintenance and service at Reddan Soccer Park such that, overwhelmingly, patrons insisted that "the facility looks better than it ever has" in its 14 years of existence. Applied for, and was awarded, more than $1,000,000 in grants. Cultivated constructive media relationships and public exposure in local newspapers, television and radio. Established and integrated "Best Practice" guidelines for affiliated member clubs in order to improve coaching standards, conduct, fiduciary responsibility and governance. Started a TOPSoccer program for special needs athletes and personally performed the training sessions.Conceived-of and obtained hole sponsorships for a mini-golf outing that generates $5,000-plus in scholarship funds for youth soccer players in financial need. Oversee and managed a budget of nearly $1 million and kept the organization in a healthy financial position.
