• Plays a vital role in developing, implementing, and evaluating wartime contingency plans for the Command Training Program. Provide guidance on necessary changes in the USARC Yearly Training Guidance and Sustainable Readiness Model (SRM), analyzing regulations to create comprehensive training plans. Continuously evaluate training readiness through inspections and the Army Organizational Inspection Program (AIP) and manage the Army Training Requirement Reporting System (ATRRS).• Develop mobilization and alert plans aligned with Command directives, offering recommendations on unit relocations, activations, and structural modifications to enhance wartime capabilities. Prioritize filling full-time unit positions to ensure operational readiness.• Draft training plans that align with SRM, coordinating missions with subordinate units, and ensuring all plans meet higher command requirements. Assist subordinate units in revising plans and preparing mobilization documents, considering troop structure changes.• Provide technical assistance on mobilization training plans to subordinate units and higher headquarters. Prepare and present briefings, conduct workshops, and participate in staff visits to ensure data alignment with mobilization directives.• Recommend resource allocation priorities and manage the training operations budget. Develop budget projections, adjust allocations, and evaluate fund requests to ensure effective use of financial resources.• Ensure accurate maintenance of training records, compile reports, and coordinate training program administration, supporting overall Command readiness.
