CurrentAdministering and presenting to committees, enforcing competition guidelines, overseeing disciplinary functions, evaluating match performance, and coordinating with various federations/leagues/organizations for MLS.• Presenting to the Product Strategy, Competition, Coaches, Video, Analytics, Sports Science, and Captains’ Council Committees.• Composing, interpreting, and enforcing the MLS Competition Guidelines and MLS Playoff Guidelines, including serving as one of three match commissioners for all MLS Playoff matches.• Evaluating MLS Regular-Season and Playoff matches for governance, disciplinary-related incidents, and referee performance.• Overseeing enforcement, interpretation, and execution of all competition-related disciplinary functions, including on-field discipline, managing the MLS Disciplinary Committee, and all related appeals with the Office of the Commissioner.• Developed and currently managing the Digital Match Notice and Roster (DMN/R) platform, an electronic solution for managing match information, notices, and rosters before and on matchday.• Facilitating daily communication with key stakeholders across League Office, Major League Soccer (MLS) Clubs, the MLSPA, USSF, CSA, CONCACAF, the Professional Referee Organization (PRO), and external vendors.• Representing MLS Competition for Leagues Cup on daily briefing calls, developing and enforcing competition guidelines with Liga MX, managing the Leagues Cup Disciplinary Committee, and serving as match commissioner and venue coordinator.• Manage multiple yearly collaborative presentations with LALIGA to business and master’s program students. • Training and managing one direct and two indirect reports for all match-specific materials.
