My professional mission is to provide the guest with the best memorable experience by providing fast and friendly service, answering questions about the menu and making suggestions upon request. I take pride in correctly taking orders and special requests to suit the guests needs, then properly inputing them in the POS and communicating with the chef when needed. Maintenance and proper grooming of the table is vital during the guests meal to make them feel more comfortable and relaxed. Anticipation of guests needs is also very important so they may enjoy themselves more and feel as if they are wanting. I like to always offer dessert, coffee, and after dinner drinks at the end of a meal because I feel that sometimes a guest will want something but not always ask. When it is time for the check, I always double check to make sure all items are correct as not to inconvenience the guest when they are ready to depart. I make sure to invite the guest back and that it was a privilege to serve them.
