• Directly responsible for the firm’s recruiting and onboarding efforts and continuing to grow and scale the firm’s FTE headcount by +85% over the course of two years• Oversee the firm's internship program throughout the year• Carry out end to end Performance Reviews for all 170+ employees across the firm from creating review forms, launching and administering reviews, project managing deadlines and analyzing responses• Assisted with an end to end Open Enrollment session which included audit of data, communication of plan changes to staff and benefits training• Participated in the implementation of Namely, as our HRIS system, for tracking and managing employee data• Executed the rollout and relaunch of BerlinRosen's diversity program, Belong@BR• Implemented Culture Amp to collect, track, analyze and benchmark employee feedback to create and evaluate programs that positively impact employee culture• Maintain the quality of employee data on a day to day including salary and compensation changes for payroll and bonus purposes, administering and maintaining staff PTO plans, etc.

- Facilitated a strategic full-cycle recruiting approach to the delivery of client demand for specialized candidate skills. Candidate’s experience levels ranged from Experienced Consultants to Executive level hiring needs for the “Big 4” Advisory and Consulting firms.- Mapped and reported on current industry market trends including market competition, disruptors, mergers, and other changes to the Financial Services landscape that provided insight into new, vulnerable areas to target and identify top talent.- Performed initial candidate outreach, carefully and meticulously walked interested candidates through a complex, multi-stage interview process, and closed candidates on extended offers. - Managed and organized a database containing a growing pipeline of qualified candidates unique to specific functional and technical skill-sets desired by my clients pertaining to Digital Data Strategy and Strategic Business Transformation.- Liaised closely between key client contacts and potential candidates to ensure client expectations were met and delivered upon in an efficient and timely manner.

- Led the firm’s full life-cycle recruiting for open technical requisitions with our top 100 AM Law firmsand Fortune 500 company clients- Sourced, contacted, screened, and interviewed candidates for the purpose of identifying high caliber, hard to find technology professionals- Responsible for managing and expanding existing client accounts by building and maintainingrelationships and working to meet the client’s needs- On-boarded and monitored payroll for contract employees working on client sites. Completed andfiled all onboarding paperwork including W-2 or W-4, I-9, consent for background checks, etc.
