Hello! I am Chris and I am the Resource Sharing Manager for the California State University system. I work with resource sharing/interlibrary loan staff across the CSU system consisting of 24 libraries at 24 campuses to maintain and improve Resource Sharing services using Rapido from Ex Libris and ILLiad and WorldShare from OCLC.For the past few years I have led the CSU Resource Sharing units as we have migrated to Rapido as our primary Resource Sharing service. The CSU are early adopters and development partners for Rapido, which is developed by Ex Libris.As the Resource Sharing Manager for the library system I have tested and configured Rapido for the CSU libraries and trained staff on workflows.
