As the fitness trainer at Planet Fitness I am responsible for:Creating a class schedule for members. This includes Orientation and DYOP (Develop your own program).Proactively engage with members on the club floor regarding their fitness goals; instruct them on how to safely use the equipment and provide support as needed.Help to promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance and showing support in their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.Frequently perform a comprehensive walk of all fitness areas to ensure a great member experience. Quickly address issues as they are identified.Perform prospective member calls and tours; assessing their membership needs and offering Trainer services.Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with any questions or concerns as they check in.Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries.Regular, consistent cleaning and sanitizing of all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities. This includes communal spaces as well as your assigned area.Ensuring restrooms are clean and sanitized, stocked and clutter free by following the routine cleaning schedule.

At La Fitness I worked at the front desk and handled multiple club and operational services. I greeted members of the gym as I was the first face that they would see upon entry. I dealt with customer complaints and account issues as well as try to make them feel as welcomed as possible. I was also in charge of making sure that the gym was kept neat and that the weights were re-racked. I also assisted the sales team in bringing in new potential members.

• I was in charge of various different tasks given to me day by day. I was in charge of the advertising side which’s main goal was to attract a bigger audience to bring in more revenue throughout the year. • Being that we own multiple different locations I would help out at every place weather that be bussing, waitering, and also occasionally wearing various costumes on to market for the company. • Came up with various different ways to get people to our locations that would get them to come more and more
