Christopher Lemoine is the Global BA/PM Lead for the Global Spread Products(GSP) technology division of Citi’s Institutional Clients Group Operations andTechnology (ICG O&;T) organization. In this role, Chris is accountable foroptimizing the effectiveness to the talent pool, aligning resources inaccordance to strategy, and providing growth opportunity for BA/PMs withinthe organization. In addition to managing the GSP technology BA/PMorganization, he also operates as a Technology Lead for the Credit Flow,Emerging Markets and Short Term trading businesses. As the technology leadhe is accountable for delivering forward thinking technical solutions anddriving the technology strategy for these businesses.Outside of his day to day responsibilities, Chris is also actively involved in bothcampus recruitment and ICG O&T Inclusion and Diversity efforts. He leads ICGO&T’s Caliber initiative focused on attracting, retaining, developing andsponsoring underrepresented minority talent within the organization. He alsoserves as the SUNY Binghamton recruiting team captain for the ICGTechnology Analyst Program.Chris joined Citi in 2010 through the ICG Technology Analyst Program aftergraduating from SUNY Binghamton with a B.S. in Computer Science. Prior tohis current role, he spent years as both an application developer and projectlead focusing on fixed income trade processing. He later joined the CreditMarkets Technology organization in 2015 as the technology lead supportingthe structured credit trading business. On a personal note Christopher wasborn and raised in NYC, is an avid basketball fan and enjoys spending timewith close family and friends.
