I am a motivated and time driven individual that enjoys cooking as well as leadership. My skills as a line cook at one of the regions fastest service spots buffalo wild wing I changed direction to take a more culinary arts and much needed break from the brussel to learn and understand how people enjoy to see there food and the ability to spread a Little joy to the community around me and traveling families Alike. My leadership skills come from five years experience in food service as a cook but I also understand the need to be timely and help the foh staff clean and maintain the entire restaurant.I love to see many different walks of life and I approch each individual as if they are family.I where to decribe my self in one word I would say: "Ready".
