• Interprets construction plans to determine scope of work.• Performs quantity takeoffs for metal stud framing, drywall, and plaster using On-Screen Takeoff.• Develops estimates for projected work using Quick Bid.• Generates proposals to be sent to general contractor for approval.• Creates job specific material lists and labor budgets.• Reviews scope of work with customers and project team to insure understanding of roles and responsibilities.• Develops COR's, submittals and RFI's as necessitated by each project in progress.

• Pay bills on time; reconcile discrepancies between statements and invoices on file.• Process Payroll: Match time cards to checks in cue, input reimbursements or with-holdings as needed, print, sign and package.• Process and pay weekly payroll taxes.• Prepare and submit 941 – Quarterly US Federal Payroll Tax Report.• Prepare and submit DE9/C – Quarterly CA EDD Payroll Tax Report• Prepare and submit 940 – Annual US Federal Payroll Tax Report (Paid Quarterly)• Periodic assistance to receivables department: Invoicing, Lien Releases, Data Entry etc.
