Directly supervise 10-12 employees and assist the manufacturing manager with a staff of 50 plus employees. Safety team member , train manufacturing personal on shop safety , spill team member , shop floor safety member and a member of the audit team. I create and maintain job timeline spreadsheets for manufacturing with Microsoft Excel. I have also worked in our shipping and receiving department for 1 year ( intern until we found the correct person to fill this position). I maintain all building and equipment needs and keep maintenance / inspection records for cranes, forklifts , man-lifts , ladders , safety straps , chains , harnesses and general machines.
