CurrentStructural engineer and project manager for building projects, contractor services, tent anchorage, code reviews, parking garage condition assessments, and inspections/non-destructive testing. Primary work includes design of structural frames and foundations for new buildings/additions and renovations of existing buildings. Work also includes construction observations, special inspections, non-destructive testing, investigations, forensics, historic preservation, structural code reviews, and design support for contractors including shoring, bracing, formwork, anchorage, jacking, lifting, and stability during demolition and erection of superstructures.Current projects include Beaver Creek Water Treatment Facility, renovations to a school in Troy City School District, structural code reviews for numerous projects through the NYS Office of General Services, and renovations and restoration at Guy Park Manor in Amsterdam, NY. Notable past projects include the Deborah Clarke Mars Education Center at Fort Ticonderoga, St. Peter's Hospital Addition, Adirondack Museum Visitors Center, Albert Wisner Public Library, Cairo Public Library, Gloversville Public Library additions and renovations, Goshen Public Library & Historical Society, Highland Library, concrete repairs at the Ellis Hospital parking garage, numerous renovations and medical equipment supports at Capital District hospitals and medical offices, and additions and renovations to schools in numerous school districts.
