Manage new build and renovation design projects ranging from 10,000 – 678,000 square feet in scope for diverse clients including colleges/universities, religious institutions, public municipalities, corporations, and commercial food service facilities. Coordinate and manage all project requirements with internal staff, owners and design team consultants. Take lead in construction bidding/negotiation. Review General Contractor budget estimates, construction drawing submittals, and material test reports. Attend on-site construction meetings.
