Helping to locate and advise clients how our services of arranging a hire car works and getting the vehicle to the client as soon as possible. Dealing with a range of customers who are either without a vehicle or waiting for their vehicle to be taken to the garage. Also interacting with garages and with Direct Line to find out about the clients accident and when the vehicle is likely to be repaired.

Helping with customer enquiries from a range of products located in the store. Talking through products with customers on how they work and what can be done on them. Moving stock within store for store displays and store layouts.

Studied Transportation Design at Coventry University. Whilst here I have worked with a couple of companies such as Watsonian Squire and JMDA on in house projects and also worked on my final year project for my degree. I have learnt a range of software which include Alias and Photoshop to name a couple.
