Develop, coordinate and administer actions to include property inventory, logging and tracking. Perform all administrative duties associated to overseas logistics support. Maintain property accountability, ship and receive equipment in support of Unit Operations. Perform daily duties with the ability to interact with all levels of the command and cross functional partners to include state side partners. Determine operations logistical support activities including budgeting, property accountability, material readiness, training, and maintenance. Manage activities pertaining to property management, property accountability, supply, procurement and contracting, maintenance, material readiness, logistics planning, and logistics operations. Assure all parts are ordered in a timely manner received and completed IAW the appropriate regulation (s). Evaluate purchase requisitions, including price reasonableness, adequacy of competition, compliance with solicitation, and probability of meeting requirements. Conducts formal and informal inventory of critical sensitive and non-critical items and makes adjustment to property records. Maintain property book and document register. Process reports of surveys and statement of charges. Conduct inventories and writes after-action reports, and prepares inventory adjustment reports and determines stock levels, retention points, and reorder points. Requisitions stock when needed and conducts turn in of excess of unserviceable material. Process turn in status and receive laundered or repaired items in accordance with applicable regulations. Direct personnel within the warehouse and maintenance shop on matters of accomplishments, priorities, and procedures.
