The role was a supplemental role carried out in spare time and involved the coaching and organisation of the Wiesbaden ladies Hockey section. Responsible for two week night training sessions and weekend match day logistics, player and team development and improvement. Further to these responsibilities team cohesion, morale, enthusiasm, inspiration and motivation were also key drivers.
