It had been a great journey to be in practice for more than 10 years. In the earlier stages of my career, was blessed with the opportunity to work and learn from one of the most established firm in Kuala Lumpur in the litigation and corporate finance department. The experience accumulated from my tenure enable me to handle and advise on areas of law such as corporate and commercial matters, in particularly, the sale and purchase of businesses, companies, equities between corporate entities, banking & finance, family law, wills - probate & administration, trust and licensing. Over the course of my practice, I had also overseen transactions of banking and conveyancing of real estate matters with regards to land, factory, commercial properties/offices and residences as well and have been serving clients which are in the property development industry. From my practice as a litigator, I have experience in the areas of commercial, civil, contractual dispute resolution, estate – probate and administration, and also family law matters. The experiences in my career and exposure are made possible and it is the product of the supportive clients and the team in the firm. It is my personal conviction to continue to strive for betterment in this journey of my practice.
