- Analyzing client’s current processes and determining their need, through processes workflows, data mappings, and other documentations to determine how the team can create a more efficient and effective application for the users- Gathering of all user requirements from clients and documentation of said requirements into JIRA Project Tracking Software for the enhancement of current systems or creation of new systems.- Management of data dictionary in relations to data elements stored within Appian systems - Participate in daily standups, refinement sessions, and 3 amigo meetings to define & point requirements and ensure proper implementation of functionality in application for bi-weekly sprints- Presenting/demoing of implemented application functionalities within SIT (System Integration Testing) environment to clients upon sprint finish or completion of release- Querying and analysis of all automation activities within JIRA and excel to create monthly/yearly reports for upper management on cost benefits (in relations to previous quarters or years) and overall business value (efficiency gain, risk reduction, quality improvement, etc.)

- Participate on software development projects by aid in the integration of applications using Web Development Kit (WDK), Documentum Foundation Class (DFC) APIs, and web services for a state-local project and a healthcare service provider.- Complete trainings as directed by the technical manager(s) including Web Development Kit (WDK) application development, Content Server administration, and D2 configuration setup.- Attend project status/scrum meetings, project reporting, release management and issue tracking for current running projects.
