Responsibility:I was responsible for securing data quality and the development and improvement of work processes.Main assignment:My main assignment was collecting, securing quality and visualising data and follow up on deficiencies. In this were both routine task and ad-hoc task. Make statistics for large Danish property managers and reports for multi-national companies.Ad-hoc data processing for potential multinational costumer, so insurance quote could be given with a correct basis.Development and optimisation of interactive Excel tools for reporting, based on management specification. Results:My name on a job was a sign of quality.I found mistakes in reported data. The correction saved the costumer more than kr. 70.000 on a yearly basis.I developed Excel macros that improved workflow for myself and my colleagues. These macros saved, weekly, hours of work, during the periods where they were needed.As a result of my work on Excel macros in my own department, I was given the responsibility of similar work in other departments.

Responsibility:I had the responsibility of improving workflow for colleagues. The goal was faster delivery of information to the costumer.Main assignment:My main assignment was the development and maintenance of Excel tools and other MS Office tools for reporting, among other things. Other tasks involved updating company homepage, so the costumer could get the standard terms for their insurance. Results:I developed a new report system that automatically could get data into an Excel sheet, based on wished by internal users.
