Coordinate with other military services and committee members to interpret policy or recommend new policy based upon export requests from defense industry and Army Program Managers.

Representative of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology who coordinated with military planners for systems meeting their requirements. Coordination included delivery of developed and developmental systems, identifying systems' shortfalls, and resolving systems' deficiencies. Responsibilities included weekly accounting of over 6,000 personnel and coordination for 30 separate systems, incorporating 43 product management offices.

Army Staff expert on the Counter Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) acquisition program. Gained consensus among requirements, financial, and logistical Department of the Army Staff elements for critical program documentation and funding. Briefed Congressional Staff; Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology representatives; and senior Army leaders on program status and requests for emergency funding to support rapid development operational requirements.

Led supporting team members and contractor personnel in the development, testing, and logistical support for three intelligence programs.
