Christopher is from Wyoming, Ohio, a small city north of Cincinnati. He grew up playing tennis, baseball, and basketball. He played varsity doubles tennis his junior and senior years of high school, but his real passion was music. He marched in the marching band all 4 years of high school, and was a member of the Blue Ash Youth Symphony Orchestra. He took 10 years of piano lessons, and was very active in the high school musicals, playing trombone in the pit orchestra for all 4 spring musicals. He took his love for music onto college with him, where he majored in Music Education at Ohio University. At Ohio, he joined the Ohio University Marching 110, where he took on several leadership roles and traveled coast to coast, from New York for the 2005 Macy’s Thanksgiving day parade, to Pasadena, CA, for the 2010 Tournament of Roses Parade. Upon graduation in 2010, he was a substitute music teacher, and got married in the summer of 2011. He moved to Toledo in August 2011 when he earned a permanent teaching position at Horizon Science Academy Toledo Downtown. In 2012, Chris took on a position at Raseri, where he has enjoyed the fun, fast paced work environment, and the great opportunity for success.
