I assisted customer's in default through the loss mitigation process. If their wish was to keep the property, I would guide them through the modification process. If they wanted to sell the property, I would assist them with the short sale process. If they wanted to release the property back to the bank to avoid foreclosure, I would guide them through the deed in lieu of foreclosure process. As assistant restaurant manager, it was my duty to run all of the operations of a Burger King restaurant in the absence of the restaurant manager.
