Develop formal assessments on training requirement plans to measurewhether it meets the needs of the section and update records toensure planning and activities are up-to-date for outcomes to bedelivered. Administer entries into the LMS or similar systems forcompliance reporting, filing and archiving as and when required.4. Develop programs that provide training to staff on core operationalinformation, safety compliance and customer service techniques.Provide leadership and coaching to staff on operational matterswithin the Onboard Customer Service division. Identify skills gapsthat assist with coordinating Training Needs Analysis to developrequired training packages.5. Liaise with managers and the Human Resources section in theperformance management and development planning process to ensurecompliance with relevant industry standards, and meets formassessment criteria including conducting necessary training auditsand reviews to ensure effectiveness in building core capability.6. Review training compliance and provide regular reports on progressand updates to the managers and leadership team to ensure allmanagers and staff are up to date with training activities.7. Coordinate with external accreditation/recognition of qualificationsof relevant training programs within the industry includingidentifying suitable providers, negotiating arrangements anddeveloping a plan for implementation.
