Responsible for the lease, purchase and sale of aircraft for Amur HFS Asia, a subsidiary of Amur Finance Company of USA, plus oversight and control of all Amur HFS operations in the region. Region covered included SE Asia, China, Indochina, India and Oceania. Duties included acting as advisor for the founding and set up of the Group’s helicopter operating company in Indonesia.

Lloyd Helicopters and its predecessor Helicopter Services was established in Singapore in 1970. Set up and established a US subsidiary of the parent company in Singapore. LHUSI stocked helicopters on inventory for resale and provided helicopter brokerage services to the industry. Also represented RCR Aviation Limited’s interests in the USA. RCR Aviation is a UK based helicopter resale and brokerage company similar to Lloyd Helicopters.

Aerolift, a JV between Lloyd Helicopters of Singapore and Hevilift of PNG, was the first western company to operate Russian helicopters outside of the ex Soviet Union.
