Have moved into the not for profit sector looking to begin a career and undertook a 6 month contract with the Hospice in the Weald. My role was an administrative one where I helped to supply and organise our shops with relevant communications, advertising and equipment / stock on a weekly basis. I also worked briefly within the events team during staff absence.

I currently work in the Strategic Partnerships team, within Consumer Marketing. The Strategic Partnerships team work with selected partners introducing healthcare products through their distribution channels; working together to develop and grow these relationships to maximise AXA's position in the healthcare market.As lead controller on the Santander, SAGA, Warranty Direct and Tesco accounts, I support the Relationship Managers managing these accounts in line with our marketing plans.Responsibilities include:-Circulation of financial promotion sign-offs, managing the process from 1st submission from partner through to final approval stage. Work with key stakeholders to set up and manage new campaigns in a timely manner before launch.Ensure contractual deliverables are met according to timescales e.g. circulation of MI reports, payment of commission/profit share.Ensure internal and external stakeholders are kept up to date on campaigns, development plans and product review changes by attending:- Tesco operational meetings, feeding back any actions to the SP team and Tesco. Teleconference calls with partners, documenting decisions, key milestones and circulating agreed actions.Half-yearly briefing meetings for Product Review, communicating impacts to the team. Manage the Product Review process from communicating changes to the partner, to circulating documents on sign off, through to final approval. Attend internal meetings to report feedback after each Product Review.

My role within this department was to manage day to day client queries, build strategic relationships with small and large reputation clients, liaise with internal departments and manage the financial, MI and contractual sections of the relationship. Whilst within the department I became the internal employee event manager, creating a sub-group who created, managed and advertised forthcoming events for employees.
