Teleconference calls with partners, documenting decisions, key milestones and circulating agreed actions.Half-yearly briefing meetings for Product Review, communicating impacts to the team. Manage the Product Review process from communicating changes to the partner, to circulating documents on sign off, through to final approval. Attend internal meetings to report feedback after each Product Review.
