Over the last twenty years, I have worked almost every type of service position spanning over multiple industries. From front of house to top of house refining my abilities and repertoire of skills. My career began at a very young age doing catered events with my father and has developed into quite an extensive experience base including fine dining, major banquet functions, top end concert and event production, exclusive resort destinations and all the way to institutional settings. I have made it my goal to diversify my experience in such a fashion so as to make my functionality as varied and flexible as possible in order to make me effective in any role necessary for the position I am responsible for. I have traveled across the US and have worked functions internationally and can utilize my experience to suit any purpose needed.
