As a construction management professional, I am passionate about building innovative spaces for people to work, live, and seek community. Throughout my career in the construction industry, from project engineer to vice president, I have been fortunate to be part of a wide range of exciting projects. I have over 17 years of CM experience overseeing major renovations, capital improvements, tenant improvements, re-developments, and new construction. My past projects span commercial, residential, retail, mixed-use, education, and historic preservation. I am well-versed in representing commercial landlords/ developers through the entire construction process from design development through certificate of occupancy, as well as budget development, and day-to-day contractor operations. I have executed more than 200+ projects of increasing size and complexity. With strong organizational and communication skills, I have reliably achieved critical milestones and completed projects on time and within budget, managing project cost values of up to $4M while improving profitability through cost control and process improvement measures. I excel in navigating unique company and job-site dynamics while balancing creative vision with business objectives. Complementing this, my team leadership style is one of empowerment and engagement.
