In a high school technology course, Chris got his first taste of programming by making his first website. This exposure created a spark that resulted in him signing up for college web programming courses. Chris was given a wide foundation, including web development, software design and programming, database, networking, and computer hardware support. While going to college, he began working at Subway. This opportunity allowed Chris to better understand the importance of teamwork, communication, and responsibility. He enjoyed serving customers face-to-face and working to provide them with friendly service and a quality product. He also had a lot of fun working with and motivating fellow team members to meet goals. Team training ultimately became a major strength for Chris. While working at Subway, the owner of Harmon Music came in and saw, in Chris, someone who could help update his e-commerce presence. At the time he was hired, Harmon Music was filling orders manually and did not have an efficient system in place. Chris worked closely with the owner and shippers to provide a system that best fit the company. He worked to eliminate paper and maximize efficiency. This new system allowed workers at Harmon Music to spend less time filling orders so that more time could be spent serving customers, bringing in new products, and growing the business.Chris is known for his hard work, reliability, and loyalty. He will follow through on his promises and do so to the best of his ability. He enjoys working with a team, motivating others, and providing a positive environment to meet goals. New technology excites him and he is always looking to learn more. Employers can always count on Chris to get the job done, follow through on responsibilities, and work until the job is done.When he isn't working, you can find Chris going to live concerts, watching and competing in sports, and spending time with friends and family.
