Currently, I have been working in the Operations department of my current company Breg, Inc. serving as a field inventory specialist. My current role is all encompassing for inventory related aspects of Breg, from maintaining cycle count schedules for audit purposes to creating new inventory customers in Oracle. I've been with Breg for 10+ years. I have over sixteen years of experience in the records management field, with an emphasis on nuclear records, drawings, procedures, and quality assurance programs. I was chosen as one of the subject matter experts in the records department to sit in on the team that helped with a records conversion into the software program SAP and how it would affect our long standing process. I have excellent communications skills in both public speaking and writing, as I oversaw the Nuclear Business Administration's Communication Team as team chair. I served as editor for the quarterly publication in that division as well as often gave speeches in front of groups of 150 plus. I have garnered a lot of lead and supervisor experience in different fields, thus have developed a training system that has been successful in many levels of production. I am also a published author.
