I am very keen to prove my strategic and managerial skills and take a different path in my professional career. I am eager in any job to show my development and I am enthusiastic when it comes to learning new techniques/skills and professional qualifications! I have had many years of experience within the customer service industry, for both public and private sector and I am keen to put these skills into use and transfer some of these into new desired skills. I have worked hand in hand with several hundred customers and delivered professional helpful customer service as a team assistant and manager. More recently I have spent time working for Local Government as an operations manager.
