This further included the geometric and structural design of flow distributors, manual sampling units, conical tanks (6m³, 10m³ and 12m³) and a 35m³ flat bottomed agitated tank. Platework structural design was carried out in accordance with SANS 10160.1-5:2011, SANS 10162.1-4:2011 and project design code, with consideration for SANS 10100.1-2. The role of package engineer fell into this scope of responsibility as well, which entailed the development of summaries of work, specification documents, datasheets and schedules for various vendor packages (compressor, pumps, hydro-cyclones, weighbridge etc.).
