PERSONAL PROFILE/OBJECTIVEI am a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work to tight timescales, with extensive knowledge and experience working in operational roles. Since becoming a manager in 2017, I have gained a good grounding in business management which has allowed me to progress business communication within in a variety of fast based working environments. I enjoy taking responsibility, ownership, solving problems and managing expectations. Planning to the future, I feel I am well suited to the operational Management environment and now want to add to this by furthering my career in other operational & project management roles, fully allowing me to build on the skills and knowledge I have attained to date. I am resourceful and a results-orientated professional with strong organisational skills and proven ability to surpass targets set. I am comfortable at my current level and feel I now need a new challenge which will provide more responsibility and autonomy, in a more challenging role, I am passionate about learning and development as I believe that company the doesn’t learn and develop gets left behind, investing in staff pays by upskilling, better quality work, retention, engagement is what drives a business forward along with innovative ideas and working as a team to achieve those goals. Management skills, I have successfully created QA regime and implemented them on an external team to reassure client concerns. Implemented an audit system to raise work quality, projected company values onto staff and created a productive work force through positive engagement, by developing a best staff member of the week award on criteria of company values.
