PERSONAL PROFILE/OBJECTIVEI am a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work to tight timescales, with extensive knowledge and experience working in operational roles. Since becoming a manager in 2017, I have gained a good grounding in business management which has allowed me to progress business communication within in a variety of fast based working environments. I enjoy taking responsibility, ownership, solving problems and managing expectations. Planning to the future, I feel I am well suited to the operational Management environment and now want to add to this by furthering my career in other operational & project management roles, fully allowing me to build on the skills and knowledge I have attained to date. I am resourceful and a results-orientated professional with strong organisational skills and proven ability to surpass targets set. I am comfortable at my current level and feel I now need a new challenge which will provide more responsibility and autonomy, in a more challenging role, I am passionate about learning and development as I believe that company the doesn’t learn and develop gets left behind, investing in staff pays by upskilling, better quality work, retention, engagement is what drives a business forward along with innovative ideas and working as a team to achieve those goals. Management skills, I have successfully created QA regime and implemented them on an external team to reassure client concerns.
