Current• I plan, implement and manage, on an ongoing basis, all Inspection and recall vehicles products to business-to-business markets, in terms of competitiveness, desirability, customer experience, profitability and innovation.• Introduced sound financial governance to control expenditure and promote accountability within direct organisation while driving and maximising all revenue opportunities.• Manage and lead a team of +50 including x 3 area managers & quality manager to achieve and exceed targets/standards.• Proven track record in governance and negotiations with major prospect customers, both fleets and manufacturers. • Managing key relationships with Road Operations to ensure the RAC has the optimum 3rd party network to deliver a competitive service. In addition, to ensure the right focus is maintained ensure that the RAC is using suitable trained resource.• Continually looking for new ways of working in conjunction with producing proposals for new business ideas & managing the new project. I have managed 4 projects simultaneously that I proposed from creation to successful rollout. • Maximising and generating additional income as well as having a detailed understanding of all income streams.• Communicating with, monitoring, and motivating employees.• Being solely responsible for monitoring all invoices.• Ensuring standards of conduct and performance for the branches are maintained, spanning from Birmingham to Glasgow (14 branches)• Effectively attracting candidates and then vetting their suitability for a role.• 2019-2020 I have succeeded in MOM growth of 15.53% for my MRT department• Extensive experience with HR policies such as Performance Management, Disciplinary and Attendance
