Developed resource management options for Senior Leader Management Advisory Studies & Air Force Manpower Standards. Led workshops to determine process flow charting with descriptions and assessed standard work while following basic organizational structure guidelines. Oversaw data collection and requirements analysis while conducting Air Force management engineering special studies & requirement determinations.

Manager with 9+ years of experience leading, managing, and training test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) technicians. Led 5-person team to manage flight programs that included $60 million facility maintenance, 1,400 composite tool kit inventory, $546,000 equipment inventory, $80,000 Information Technology account, and 2 fleet vehicles while ensuring safe working conditions in compliance with occupational safety/health programs (OSHA) standards and legal requirements. Managed training program for 75-member flight ensuring the successful upgrade training for 19 members, while also coordinating 30 training courses to ensure training requirements were being maintained for all flight members.
