As a Software Support Specialist for Sage 100 ERP and Acumatica ERP, I assist customers by diagnosing their issue and providing a personalized solution to fix their software. While building relationships with our customers and getting to know their business and business processes, I provide suggestions, such as third party enhancements or custom programming, that will streamline those processes to make them more efficient with their daily tasks.

As the procurement specialist, I handle all of the purchasing needs for our clients through the quoting, purchasing, receiving and prepping various hardware and software needs.
