Greenline interiors and Greenline yachts is a premier design build interiors fit out company which is involved with Royal Palaces, 4-5 star hotel interiors, villas, offices, yacht and aircraft interiors. Greenline has recently completed the interior fit out for the world’s largest private yacht, numerous 4-5 star hotel interiors including custom furniture.As design Director I have been closely involved with the fit out of 4 hotels in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, office planning with full design in Dubai and Muscat, Oman and a 5 story townhouse renovation in SW London. Personally oversee all quality control for the engineering, production and design administering for a staff of 50, coordinating with both the factory orders and site installations is the primary outline of my position. Where concept planning and design is needed I have steered this direction seeing the benefit of a design build quality company operating in the Middle East.

After eight months, concentrated on Oasis of the Seas project, the world’s largest and most complicated cruise ship in the world. • Managed staff of 15-20 for Oasis group. Planned, designed and produced presentations and contract drawings for:restaurants and entertainment venues All guest lofts, a new concept at sea and all guest suites; designs and furnishings Retail Venues All crew areas: food service, entertainment areas and cabin quarters for officers and crew, introducing new crew cabin concept. Offices, medical facilities, storage areas. • Organized RCCL Newbuilding team into design studio concept showing proven skills for high end, world class design and contract drawings for Newbuilds and refurbishment projects. • Organized time management, personnel assignments and kept teams on time and budget.• Worked closely with senior management, consulting Architects and shipyard Engineers to design / build most innovative and largest cruise ship in the world. Including an open air Central Park, open air entertainment Boardwalk, 15 meter wide Royal Promenade with skylights. Five pool concepts and an aqua theater.Oasis of the Seas was delivered two weeks early and has become most profitable ship within Royal Caribbean fleet being recognized worldwide as unique cruise experience exceeding all others in its class.

IADC Inc. was a startup company, base in Shanghai with offices in Chengdu and City of Industry, CA.PartnerIn charge of all architectural design and planning. Between all three office, staff exceeded 40. Role was Partner / Director of Creative Design. Lived three years in Shanghai and Chengdu PRC• Worked on many project types much of which was large scale housing developments typically for 5 to 6,000 tenants. • Completed many retail complexes often attached to hospitality or residential complexes.• Entered and won six government contests for down town urban renewal projects, university campus and government building designs.• Master planned including road and bridge work, multi building design, housing and cultural buildings for an entire new city planned for 100,000 inhabitants which was being replaced by the government when the new dam on the Jin Zhou River was built.• Planned and designed 10-15 hospitality / resort areas throughout China.

AV Ltd. was a design, manufacturing and Installation Company Created company as a result of need for product. Opportunity formed while on a sailing sabbatical in the Caribbean to direct design development and supervise product installation. Several retail projects throughout the Caribbean and South America were completed. Company grew to 30 Tradesmen.• Planned and designed spa for a hotel in Aruba. Refreshed the Seaport Shopping center and Casino, Aruba• Revitalized boutique hotel dining and bar area on Union island, Grenadines• Planned and designed numerous stores using AV products in Venezuela, Columbia, Trinidad and throughout the Caribbean.
