Starting in the technical support team, I quickly rose to a product owner role overseeing a development team within the first 6 months. After a few months of customer driven development I was promoted to my current product manager role. Within this role I manage overall strategy for the Biosite workforce management product, along with a product ownership role over two of our development teams.As part of my current role, I liaise with many of our external customers, along with key stakeholders within the business to drive our product strategy. Ensuring the correct thing is worked on, and is implemented to the customer’s needs.

Sole member of the IT team, providing general tech support for the wider team. Managing MS Office suite & active directory. Managing google adwords and writing real-time notification systems for the various software suites used by the company.

Worked my way up from the entry level position of a barista, to an assistant manager.While on the management team I oversaw the opening of 3 new stores.This consisted of recruiting and training entirely new staff for each, setting up connections and liaising with new contractors and suppliers alike, and general snagging that comes with any new build.Main responsibilities during my time at Costa included:Recruitment, including interviewsTraining and coaching members of staffChairing monthly team meetingsSetting monthly targets and plans on how to reach those targetsManaging of a team of upwards of 25 members of staff
