• Responsible for oversight of the Center for Student Success which encompasses the Office of Academic Advising, Career Development and Undeclared/Exploratory Studies, and the Registrar's Office.• Coordinate strategic planning for the Center for Student Success and guided the development the 2018-2021 Strategic Plan for department.• Implement and guide new retention strategies for the College, such as the adoption of an Early Referral System, advisor development, the MACPass, and other initiatives.• Collaborate with the Institutional Research to provide senior leadership with data on retention, student withdrawals, and other pieces of key data on student persistence.
