As a partner based in Jones Day's Los Angeles office, I represent corporate clients in complex and high-stakes litigation matters in California and across the United States. I have 25 years of experience trying matters involving corporate and private equity transactions, product liability, the Alien Tort Statute, antitrust, and unfair competition. I also counsel clients on emerging ESG risks.I have extensive industry experience in apparel, consumer products, energy, e-commerce, financial, life sciences and med-tech, retail, and technology. I have led or participated in some of the largest federal MDL matters and related coordinated state-court proceedings, as well as in putative class actions and opt-out cases.
