I am a go-getter, committed and a dedicated executive with nearly 20 years of work experience and 11 years of those is in a managerial role. For more than 15 years I have been working for Lafarge who is a leader in the building materials and construction industry where I have been tasked in several departments throughout my career with them starting from a Graduate Trainee to the position as Manager, Sales Services (Supporting Function).I have a manufacturing background as a Customer Service Manager with both Wavin Singapore Pte Ltd as well as Paling Industries Sdn Bhd (under Aliaxis Group) which specializes in manufacture and supply of pipes and fittings.I'm also familiar in warehouse & logistics management and processes as I was under the Supply Chain department with the two mentioned companies above. I have extensive hands-on experience in ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards and AX Dynamic mainly in the SD and Procurement modules. And I also have exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce.com including training to the end users. I'm have also been involved in Sales & Management reporting, department budgeting and competitors' benchmarking analysis.
