I am a recent graduate from the University of Plymouth with a first class degree in business management and a keen interest in marketing, currently seeking a graduate position in the marketing field. My final year research project combined several areas of interest, as I investigated the consumer perceptions of selected sports apparel brands’ sustainable marketing practices.Carrying out the market research for my project gave me an insight into some of the marketing practices which resonate with consumers and observing how various promotions affect sales during my time as a Buying Assistant has enhanced my marketing skills. My previous work experience has also enabled me to develop excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers and colleagues within a fast-paced office environment. Additionally, I can quickly adapt to new roles having previously taken on space planning tasks for new stores to aid my team during a period of business reorganisation.Aside from my academic and work experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my time playing for the university squash and badminton teams. Whilst competing allowed me to channel my competitive nature to both win and continuously improve, playing on club nights provided the opportunity to socialise with other club members.
